摘  要:随着唐钢新区三座2922m3高炉陆续成功点火,标志着河北省钢铁产业结构调整和转型升级重点示范项目全面落地。唐钢新区高炉采用高碱度烧结矿+酸性球团矿+自熔性球团矿+块矿的炉料结构,球团比例达到40%,这在行业内属于较高水平。此炉料结构可以显著提高高炉入炉物料品位、降低污染物排放,但高炉操作与适应存在一定难度,这也成为唐钢新区高炉亟待攻克的技术问题。本文依据唐钢新区高炉物料质量指标监控情况,提出了高炉入炉原料质量的稳定措施。通过采取精料方针以及实施铁前全流程原燃料质量监控评价机制,实现了高炉稳定顺行,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。In pace with the successful ignition of three 2922m3 blast furnaces in the new area of Tang⁃gang,which marks the full implementation of the key demonstration projects for the restructuring and transformation-upgrading of the iron and steel industry in Hebei Province.The blast furnace in Tanggang new area adopts the burden structure of high basicity sinter+acid pellet ore+self-fluxing pellet ore+lump ore,and the pellet ore proportion reaches 40%,which is a high level in the industry.This burden structure can significantly improve the materiel grade of the blast furnace and reduce the pollutant emis⁃sion,but there are certain difficulties in the manipulation and adaptation of the blast furnace,which has also become an urgent technical problem for the blast furnace in the new area of Tanggang.According to the monitoring situation of blast furnace materiel quality index in the new area of Tanggang,this paper puts forward the measures to stabilize the blast furnace materiel quality.Through adopting the fine mate⁃riel policy and implementing the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of raw material and fuel quality in the whole process before ironmaking,the smooth running of the blast furnace has been realized,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
