钙质熔剂类型对铁矿石烧结高温基础性能的影响研究

摘  要:为了研究不同钙质熔剂对铁矿石烧结高温基础性能的影响,选取生石灰和熟石灰为助熔剂,通过实验研究了它们对磁铁矿粉和赤铁矿粉的同化作用和液相流动性的影响。结果表明:生石灰和熟石灰微观形貌差异较大,生石灰颗粒分明且密集,熟石灰中发生了明显的粘连黏结现象;无论是磁铁矿粉还是赤铁矿粉,生石灰都更易与矿粉中的铁氧化物发生反应;生石灰对两种铁矿粉液相流动性有着促进作用,尤其是磁铁矿粉,液相流动性指数较配加熟石灰高了0.35;生石灰条件下,铁酸钙矿物相多为针状或枝晶状,熟石灰条件下,矿物相中复合铁酸钙多为板柱状或片状结构。In order to study the effect of different calcareous fluxes on the high temperature basic perfor⁃mance of iron ore sintering,choosing quicklime and hydrated lime were as fluxes to study the effects for assimilation and liquid phase fluidity of magnetite powder and hematite powder by experiment.The re⁃sults showed that:the microscopic morphology of quicklime and hydrated lime differed greatly,the parti⁃cles of quicklime were well defined and dense,and occurred obvious adhesion and bonding phenomenon in hydrated lime;whether it was magnetite powder or hematite powder,quicklime was more likely to react with iron oxides in the ore powder;quicklime has a promoting effect to raise the liquid phase fluidity of the two iron ore powder,especially for magnetite powder,the liquid phase fluidity index is 0.35 higher than that of with add hydrated lime;under the condition of quicklime,the mineral phase of calcium fer⁃rate is mostly needle-like or dendritic,and under the condition of hydrated lime,the composite calcium ferrate in the mineral phase is mostly plate column or sheet-like structure.
