摘 要:为寻求CO_(2)在转炉流程内的规模化利用途径,减少CO_(2)排放量,通过工业实验和理论分析对转炉底吹CO_(2)工艺开展了创新性技术研究。本文对CO_(2)吸附深度稳定脱氮技术以及CO_(2)底吹高强度搅拌技术的机理进行了深入研究,并通过热态实验加以验证。同时根据此次研究成果,制定了转炉炼钢动态调节底吹CO_(2)流量的工艺,实现了转炉出钢终点氮含量的稳定控制,提高了宣钢150t转炉冶炼脱磷效率和控氧效果,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。In order to find a large-scale utilization way of CO_(2) in the converter process,and reduce CO_(2) emissions,innovative technical research has been carried out on the bottom blowing CO_(2) process of con⁃verter through industrial experiment and theoretical analysis.In this paper,the mechanism of CO_(2) adsorp⁃tion deep stable denitrogenate technology and CO_(2) bottom blowing high-intensity stirring technology were deeply studied,it was verified by hot state experiment.At the same time,according to the research results,the process of dynamic adjusting of bottom blowing CO_(2) flow in converter steelmaking has been developed,which has realized the stable control of nitrogen content at the end of converter tapping,im⁃proved the dephosphorization efficiency and oxygen control effect of 150t converter smelting in Xuan⁃gang,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
