摘  要:天津钢铁集团有限公司在X52管线钢检验中,发现成品板表面出现纵向裂纹,经分析管线钢成品板表面裂纹是由铸坯表面裂纹所致。为寻找铸坯裂纹产生的原因,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析仪对裂纹缺陷部位试样进行了检测。本文根据铸坯裂纹缺陷检测结果,对管线钢铸坯纵向裂纹缺陷产生的原因进行了分析,最终确认,结晶器内钢水凝固过程的热裂纹是铸坯表面裂纹产生的主要原因。通过制定和实施优化改进措施,保障了钢水过热度的控制、优化了钢水成分、改善了保护渣的性能、稳定了结晶器内液面的波动,使X52管线钢铸坯纵向裂纹得到有效控制。During the inspection of X52 pipeline steel in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,longitu⁃dinal cracks were found on the surface of the finished plate.After analysis,the surface crack of the fin⁃ished plate of pipeline steel is caused by the surface crack of the slab.In order to find out the production causes of the cracks in the slab,the samples with cracks were inspected by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer.According to the detection results of slab crack defects,this paper analyzes the causes of longitudinal crack defects in pipeline steel slab,and fi⁃nally confirms that the hot cracks of the molten steel solidification process in the mold are the main cause of slab surface crack.Through formulating and implementing the optimization improvement measures,the control of molten steel superheat degree is guaranteed,the composition of molten steel is optimized,the performance of protective slag is improved,the fluctuation of liquid level in the mold is stabilized,and the longitudinal crack of X52 pipeline steel billet is effectively controlled.
