摘　　要：S120变频器是西门子公司推出的集V/F、矢量控制及伺服控制于一体的驱动控制装置,它不仅能控制普通的三相异步电动机,还能控制同步电机、扭矩电机及直线电机,被广泛应用于钢铁行业冷轧生产线。本文介绍了西门子S120变频器在新天钢连退机组的应用,重点介绍了S120变频器的概念和主要功能,从硬件上解析了S120变频器的系统组成,结合实际应用例子讲解了S120变频器的参数设置、系统维护,最后总结了现场易出现的问题及处理方法。了解和掌握这些知识,有助于提升对此类设备日常维护和故障处理的能力。The S120 frequency converter is a drive control device integrating V/F,vector control and servo control launched by Siemens company,it can control not only ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor,but also synchronous motor,torque motor and linear motor,which is used widely in cold rolling pro⁃duction line of steel industry.This paper introduces the application of Siemens S120 frequency converter in continuous annealing unit of New Tiangang,focuses on the concept and major function of S120 frequen⁃cy converter,analyzes the system composition of S120 frequency converter from the perspective of hard⁃ware,explains the parameter setting and system maintenance of S120 frequency converter with practical application examples,and finally summarizes the on-site problems of easy to appear and treatment meth⁃ods.Knowing and mastering these knowledge will help to improve the ability of daily maintenance and fault handling of such equipment.
