摘  要:本文介绍了宣钢氧气厂7号空压机仪控系统节能优化改造项目的实施原因,并对具体改造实施方案进行了解读。该项目是在原ABB控制系统的基础上新增了一套先进的高性能CCC控制系统,使7号空压机在防喘震调节和导叶控制效果方面都有了很大的提升。通过此次7号空压机仪控系统技术革新,优化了空压机的启、停车操作及连锁控制逻辑程序,稳定了空压机的运行工况,降低了空压机因仪控系统故障而引发停车的事故几率,节约了动力设备电耗,制氧成本大为降低,为空分设备采用CCC先进防喘震控制系统树立了成功典范。This paper introduces the implementation reasons of the energy-saving optimization transfor⁃mation project of the instrument control system of No.7 air compressor in Xuangang oxygen plant,and in⁃terprets the specific transformation implementation plan.This project is to add a set of advanced high-per⁃formance CCC control system on the basis of the original ABB control system,the anti-surge 82 adjust⁃ment and guide-vane control effect of No.7 air compressorhas been greatly improved.Through this time technical innovation of the instrument control system of No.7 air compressor,the startup and shutdown op⁃erations of the air compressor and the interlock control logic program are optimized,the working condition of the air compressor are stabilized,the accident probability of the shutdown of the air compressor is caused by the failure of the instrument control system has been reduced,the power consumption of the power equipment is saved,the oxygen production cost is greatly reduced,which sets a successful example for the air separation plant to adopt the CCC advanced anti surge control system.
