摘  要:针对煤制氢装置变换单元洗氨塔出口至低温甲醇洗单元吸收塔前的设备存在不同程度腐蚀的现象,结合部分行业内企业腐蚀情况,分析认为,全变换工艺洗氨塔及下游设备腐蚀与工艺过程中形成高浓度CO_(2)水溶液有直接关系,腐蚀的发生与工艺气中CO_(2)含量、洗涤水注入流量、洗氨塔气液分离效果等有关。The corrosion happened at different degree on the equipment installed after the outlet of ammonia scrubber in CO shift unit and before the absorber of low temperature methanol washing unit in a coal to hydrogen plant was analyzed,referring to the similar phenomena in some industries.The result shows that the corrosion happened on equipment downstream the total shift ammonia scrubber has direct relationship with high CO_(2) concentration water solution formed during the process,and has certain relationship with CO_(2) content in the process gas,the flow of scrubbing water,and the air and liquid separation effect of ammonia scrubber.
