摘　　要：介绍了一段转化炉转化管蠕胀的应急处理过程及延长受损炉管寿命的处理方法,对蠕胀原因进行了深层次分析,得出炉管局部超温是由于燃烧器设计性能与实际需求不匹配所造成的。针对存在问题对燃烧器喷枪进行了技术改造,取得了较好的效果。This paper introduced the emergency treatment process of creep expansion of primary reformer tube,and the detailed treatment methods to prolong the service life of damaged furnace tube,focusing on the causes of creep expansion.The result shows that the local overheat of furnace tube is due to the mismatch between burner design performance and actual demand.The transformation of burner spray gun was described in detail,and good results were achieved.
