摘  要:裂解汽油加氢装置二段循环氢压缩机机组前、后端径向轴承瓦温较上一周期大幅上升,后续又出现较为频繁且幅度较大的异常波动,通过采取油路外循环、加注Ⅴ类基础油等措施,瓦温最终得到有效控制,并于装置短停期间对机组径向轴承进行处理,开机后机组各项运行参数恢复正常。The temperature of journal bearing bush at both front and rear end of two-stage circulating hydrogen compressor in pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation plant rose up sharply compared with that in last cycle, followed by frequent and substantial abnormal fluctuation. Some measures were taken to control the temperature, such as adopting the external circulation of oil circuit, and adding Class Ⅴ base oil, and were also implemented at the short interval of shut down. The whole operation parameters were restored to the normal after startup.
