摘  要:针对某大型煤化工企业空分装置工艺流程和产品生产情况,分别从降低氧气放散率和降低变负荷运行蒸汽单耗介绍节能降耗的实践与思考。经过在实际生产过程中持续地进行工艺优化,氧气放散率得到有效降低,同时提出了氧气放空改造的思路。通过收集3套空分装置大量运行数据,并进行数据处理和对比分析,提出变负荷调整的最优方案,有效降低蒸汽单耗。The energy saving and consumption reduction in a large scale coal chemical industry enterprise was discussed from two aspects:reducing the oxygen bleeding rate and reducing the steam consumption of variable load operation according to the process flow and operation of air separation units.The oxygen bleeding rate was effectively reduced by continuous process optimization,from which we got an idea to reform the oxygen venting.A large amount of operating data of three sets of air separation units were collected,processed and analyzed,and the optimal plan for variable load adjustment was proposed to reducethe unit steam consumption.
