摘  要:针对目前涡旋压缩机切向密封方案复杂、灵活性差、成本高等问题,在分析了涡旋压缩机动态径向间隙特点的基础上,提出了一种基于电流信号的涡旋压缩机切向主动密封的控制方法。首先,提出了一种基于平面电机的直驱式涡旋压缩机构架,以及直驱式切向主动密封控制方法;然后,在分析了涡旋压缩机动、静涡盘侧面接触力、永磁同步直线电机电磁推力和相电流关系的基础上,提出了冷态位置识别方法,以此来确定动涡盘的运动轨迹;再在冷态位置识别的基础上,提出了热态位置识别方法,以此来修正动涡盘的运动轨迹;最后,为了对基于电流信号的涡旋压缩机切向主动密封的控制方法进行有效性验证,搭建了相应的实验平台。研究结果表明:该方法能较好地确定涡旋压缩机动涡盘运动所需位置,调节涡旋压缩机动态径向间隙,样机的动态侧面接触力可小于10 N;该方法可以为结构简洁、宽调速范围、直接驱动式涡旋压缩机的设计制造提供参考。Aiming at the problems of complexity,poor flexibility and high cost of the current tangential sealing scheme of scroll compressor,based on the analysis of the characteristics of dynamic radial clearance,and a control method of tangential active seal of scroll compressor was studied based on the current signal.Firstly,a direct-drive scroll compressor frame based on a planar motor and a direct-drive tangential active seal control method are proposed.Then,based on the analysis of the relationships between the side seal contact force of scroll compressor,the electromagnetic thrust of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor and the phase current of motor,a cold position recognition method was proposed to determine the motion trajectory of the orbiting scroll,and then a hot position recognition method was proposed to correct the motion trajectory of the orbiting scroll on the basis of the cold state.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the control method of the scroll compressor tangential active seal based on the current signal,a corresponding experimental platform was built.The results show that this method can better determine the required position of the scroll compressor moving scroll,adjust the dynamic radial clearance of the scroll compressor,the dynamic side contact force of the prototype can be less than 10 N.This method can provide a reference for the design and manufacture of direct-drive scroll compressors with simple structure,wide speed regulation range,and direct drive.
