摘  要:雷电电磁脉冲严重干扰设备灵敏度,为保证气象观测数据的准确、科学,以电源安全为核心,设计一种气象观测场设备雷电防护措施。通过分析多个雷电干扰因素,从接地、直击雷以及感应雷等方面做好设备雷电防护措施。将防雷地区、设备防护地区以及工作地区合并,建立热镀锌地网的接地防护举措,采用接闪线安装法与不锈钢钢绞线,通过与风杆拉线捆扎,构建观测场直击雷防护措施,在各通道入口位置安装浪涌保护器,完成感应雷电防护措施设计。根据实验结果可知,所设计方法能大幅降低观测场区域的雷击概率,具有一定的有效性与合理性。Lightning electromagnetic pulse seriously interferes with the sensitivity of equipment. In order to ensure the accuracy and science of meteorological observation data,with power supply safety as the core,a lightning protection measure for meteorological observation field equipment is designed. By analyzing multiple lightning interference factors,take measures to protect equipment against lightning in terms of grounding,direct lightning and induced lightning. The lightning protection area,equipment protection area and working area are combined to establish the grounding protection measures of hot galvanized grounding network. The lightning line installation method and stainless steel strand are adopted. After binding with the wind pole cable,the direct lightning protection measures of observation field are constructed. Surge protective devices are installed at the entrance of each channel to complete the design of inductive lightning protection measures. According to the experimental results,the designed method can greatly reduce the probability of lightning strike in the observation area,and has certain effectiveness and rationality.
