摘  要:针对评价系统评价时间过长的问题,基于改进RRT算法设计了一种新的电能量数据质量整体评价系统。系统硬件分别设计了采集器、微处理器、存储器和评价器,采集器芯片选用SD公司生产的ST8735芯片,在评价器外部增设了存储器,能够实现电能量数据质量评估系统的正常运行,微处理器是评价器的CPU处理器,设置了4路晶振电路,能够提高系统评价能力,联合背景谐波评价、分析电能量数据质量、综合质量,实现电能量数据质量整体评价。实验结果表明,设计的基于改进RRT算法的电能量数据质量整体评价系统不易受到外界噪声干扰,有效减少了评价时间。Aiming at the problem that the evaluation time of the evaluation system is too long,a new overall evaluation system for electric energy data quality is designed based on the improved RRT algorithm.The system hardware is designed with collector,microprocessor,memory and evaluator respectively.ST8735 chip produced by SD company is selected as the collector chip,and a memory is added outside the evaluator,which can realize the normal operation of the power data quality evaluation system.The microprocessor is the CPU processor of the evaluator,which is equipped with 4-channel crystal oscillator circuit to improve the system evaluation ability,and combines the background harmonic evaluation,analysis of power data quality comprehensive quality realizes the overall evaluation of electric energy data quality.The experimental results show that the overall evaluation system of power data quality based on the improved RRT algorithm is not easy to be disturbed by external noise,and effectively reducing evaluation time.
