摘 要:本文采用γ射线辐照制备木质素磺酸钠(LS)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)复合超级吸水材料。研究了不同吸收剂量、LS含量对LS/CMC超级吸水材料吸水性能和凝胶含量的影响规律,并分析了LS/CMC超级吸水材料的抗紫外辐照性能。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和热失重分析(TGA)分别对LS/CMC超级吸水材料表面形貌、官能团结构和热分解行为进行了表征分析。最佳制备条件:在100 g水中添加20 g CMC、1 g LS,当吸收剂量为15 k Gy时,制备的LS/CMC超级吸水材料吸液倍率能达到316.1 g/g(去离子水)和97.1 g/g(0.9%NaCl溶液),表明添加LS有利于提高LS/CMC超级吸水材料的吸水性能;在365 nm紫外灯(功率6 W)照射15 d之后吸水倍率能达到276 g/g,而未添加LS的吸水倍率从259.3 g/g下降到176.7 g/g。添加LS能显著提高超级吸水材料的抗紫外辐照性能。A super absorbent polymer(SAP),sodium lignosulfonate(LS)/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),was produced from LS and CMC through the irradiation ofγ-rays.The effects of the absorbed dose and LS dosage on the water absorption performance of the SAP were investigated.The ultraviolet(UV)resistance of the SAP was also evaluated.The surface morphology,chemical structures,and thermal weightlessness of the SAP were characterized using scanning electron microscopy,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis,respectively.The optimal conditions for preparing the SAP were as follows:20 g of CMC,1 g of LS,100 g of water,and 15 k Gy of absorbed dose.The water absorption capacities of the prepared SAP were 316.1 g/g and 97.1 g/g for deionized water and 0.9%NaCl solution,respectively.Therefore,the water absorption capacity improved with the addition of LS.Moreover,after irradiation with a 365-nm-wavelength UV lamp(16 W)for 15 d,the water absorption capacity(deionized water)of the LS1/CMC SAP was 276 g/g,while that of the LS0/CMC SAP decreased from 259.3 g/g to 176.7 g/g.Finally,the as-prepared SAP exhibited outstanding UV resistance.
