摘  要:对影响公司烧结矿锌含量的因素进行了分析,通过分析,发现旋风除尘灰及转炉污泥是烧结矿锌含量的主要来源,制约着烧结矿锌含量的高低。为了降低烧结矿的锌含量,始终将烧结矿的锌含量控制在高炉用料标准范围内,制定了一系列的措施。通过措施的实施,不仅有效的控制了烧结矿和高炉的锌负荷,而且最大限度的回收了转炉污泥和旋风除尘灰,为降低烧结矿成本和铁水生产成本提供了有利帮助。This paper analyzes the factors affecting the zinc content of the company's sinter,through the analysis,it is found that cyclone dust and converter sludge are the main sources of zinc content in sinter and restrict the level of zinc content in sinter.Inorder to reduce the zinc content of sinter and always control the zinc content of sinter within the standard range of blast furnace materials,a series of measures are formulated.Through the implementation of the measures,not only the zinc load of sinter and blast furnace is effectively controlled,but also the converter sludge and cyclone dust are recovered to the greatest extent,which provides favorable help to reduce the cost of sinter and hot metal production.
