摘 要:极薄罩面沥青混合料采用了低温改性沥青和骨架密实结构级配,需要通过级配检验计算及针对低温改性沥青的配合比设计方法保证混合料骨架密实结构的形成,避免因压实功、沥青黏度、成型温度的不同影响设计油石比的合理性。文中采用VCA_(DRU)骨架密实结构检验方法,以设计理论计算空隙率确定矿料级配和沥青用量。通过不同成型方法比对试验分析了极薄罩面UTAC-8型沥青混合料实测空隙率与理论计算空隙率的对应性,确定了二次击实的修正马歇尔试验方法和油石比设计方法。通过津雄、荣乌高速项目实施应用,验证极薄罩面路面技术状况保持良好,且具有较好的社会经济效益。The extremely thin cover surface asphalt mixture adopts low-temperature modified asphalt and skeleton dense structure gradation,which needs to be calculated through gradation testing and the mix ratio design method for low-temperature modified asphalt to ensure the formation of dense structure of the mixture skeleton,so as to avoid the rationality of the design oil-to-stone ratio due to the different impacts of compaction work,asphalt viscosity and molding temperature.In this paper,VCA_(DRU) framework dense structure test method is used to determine aggregate gradation and asphalt content by calculating void ratio in design theory.The correspondence between the measured voidage and the calculated voidage of UTAC-8 asphalt mixture with extremely thin overlaying surface is analyzed through the comparison test of different forming methods,and the modified Marshall test method and the design method of asphalt-aggregate ratio are determined.Through the implementation and application of Jinxiong and Rongwu expressway projects,it is verified that the technical condition of the extremely thin cover pavement has remained good and has good social and economic benefits.
