摘 要:文中针对复杂地质区域桥梁对支座的特殊功能需求,研发一种调高测力支座,借助ABAQUS软件建立支座的有限元模型,分析工作状态下支座各部件的应力状态,并对支座的关键参数对测力体应变的影响规律展开研究。结果表明,楔形块间距对支座各部件的最大等效应力影响显著,且对上支座板等效应力的影响最为明显;各部件的等效应力均小于材料的屈服强度,支座的强度满足使用要求;测力体应变随支座竖向力的增大而呈线性增加;楔形块间距对测力体应变值的影响呈线性,而楔形块斜度、摩擦系数和支座转角对测力体应变的影响可以忽略,因此,可以通过适当增加楔形块的斜度以达到减小楔形块调整间距的目的。According to the special functional requirements of the bridge bearing in the complex geological areas,a height adjustment force measuring bearing is developed.The finite element model of the bearing was established by ABAQUS software.Firstly,the stress of bearing components under working condition was analyzed.Then the influence of the key parameters of the bearing on the force measuring body strain was studied.The results show that the spacing between the wedges has a significant effect on the maximum equivalent stress of the bearing components,and the effect on the equivalent stress of the upper bearing plate is the most obvious.The equivalent stress of each component is less than the yield strength of the material,and the strength of the bearing meets the use requirements.The strain of the force measuring body increases linearly with the increase of the vertical force of the bearing.The effect of the spacing between the wedges on the force measuring body strain is linear,while the influence of wedge slope,friction coefficient and bearing deflection angle on the force measuring body strain can be ignored.Therefore,the spacing between the wedges can be reduced by appropriately increasing the wedge slope.
