摘  要:针对水泥混凝土路面快速修复材料快硬早强的需求,提出普通硅酸盐水泥-快硬硫铝酸盐水泥-丁苯胶乳三元复合胶凝体系。测试不同胶凝材料体系下净浆的凝结时间、砂浆的流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度、黏结强度。结果表明,选用质量比例为6∶4的快硬硫铝酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥作为基础胶凝材料,水胶比0.3、胶砂比1∶1.5,并掺加胶凝材料用量8%的丁苯胶乳,以及适量减水剂、消泡剂,可以得到最佳的力学性能及施工和易性。Aiming at the demand of rapid hardening and early strength of cement concrete pavement rapid repair materials,a ternary composite cementitious system of ordinary portland cement,rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement and styrene-butadiene latex is proposed.The setting time,fluidity,flexural strength,compressive strength and bond strength of the net slurry under different cementitious material systems are tested.The test results show that the best mechanical properties and workability can be obtained by selecting 6∶4 quick hardening sulphoaluminate cement and ordinary portland cement as basic cementitious materials,with water cement ratio of 0.3 and cement sand ratio of 1∶1.5,adding 8%styrene butadiene latex as cementitious material,and appropriate amount of water reducer and defoamer.
