摘　　要：通过5G网络技术和BIM技术,可以将建筑的全寿命周期信息与资料整合起来,以引导工程的有序进行,降低不必要的人力、时间费用,并运用智能化的方法实现对建筑物的整体管理。文章针对不同建设阶段、不同类型建筑,对5G网络下BIM技术在智慧建筑中的应用进行了论述,为BIM技术的应用提供参考与思路。Through 5G network technology and BIM technology, the whole life cycle information and data of the building can be integrated to guide the orderly progress of the project, reduce unnecessary labor and time costs, and use intelligent methods to realize the overall management of the building. This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in smart buildings under 5G network for different construction stages and different types of buildings, hoping to provide reference and ideas for the application of BIM technology.
