摘  要:给排水系统是绿色建筑的重要组成部分,是保证建筑工程功能得以最大程度发挥的重要基础。文章以青龙地铁小镇一期居住组团小学、初中建设工程项目为例,详细阐述给排水低碳设计内容,以BIM技术为支撑,在设计中融入节能减排和海绵城市理念,在实际运营中智慧管理,有效推进绿色低碳建筑建设进程,助力建筑业低碳、高质量可持续发展。Water supply and drainage system is an important part of green building, which is an important foundation to ensure that the functions of construction projects can be maximally played. Taking the construction project of Qinglong Metro Town Phase I residential group primary school and junior middle school as an example, this paper expounds the design content of water supply and drainage in detail. With the support of BIM technology, the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction and sponge city are integrated into the design, and intelligent management is implemented in the actual operation, so as to effectively promote the construction process of green and low-carbon building and help the low-carbon, high-quality and sustainable development of the construction industry.
