摘 要:针对芯球结构具有成本高且弯曲时易在内壁卡住的缺点,考虑使用空心芯棒代替有球芯棒。针对不同几何尺寸的管材,讨论了空心芯棒形状参数的确定方法。借助数值分析手段,采用Abaqus软件针对不同规格的管材、不同空心芯棒的空心段厚度和长度进行了大量冷弯数值模拟,并对成形结果进行了分析。结果表明,空心段长度对管材冷弯成形的影响相对较小,空心段厚度影响较为显著。采用逐步回归分析法得到了空心段厚度选取的回归方程,并分析了空心段长度对成形结果的影响,得出了薄壁管冷弯的空心芯棒的空心段长度选取宜在80~120 mm,为弯管加工提供了参考。Aiming at the disadvantage of high cost and easy to get stuck in the inner wall during bending of the core ball structure,the tubes hollow mandrel was considered to replace the ball mandrel.The method to determine the shape parameters of the hollow mandrel with different geometric dimensions was discussed.By means of numerical analysis,the Abaqus software was used to carry out a large number of cold bending numerical simulation for tubes with different geometric dimensions and hollow mandrel with different thicknesses and lengths of hollow section,and the forming results were analyzed.The results show the length of hollow section has a relatively small effect on cold bending of tubes,but the hollow mardrel thickness has a significant one.The regression equation of hollow section thickness selection was obtained by stepwise regression analysis method,and the influence of hollow section length on forming results was analyzed,and it is concluded that the hollow section of hollow mandrel for cold bending of thin-walled tubes should be 80-120 mm,which provides reference for tube bending processing.
