摘  要:为探究矩形波纹管液压胀形的变形特征,基于ABAQUS/Explicit有限元平台建立了矩形波纹管液压胀形过程的三维有限元模型,通过有限元仿真揭示了矩形波纹管液压胀形过程中直线段、过渡圆角段的变形特征,获得了主要工艺参数对成形质量的影响。结果表明,从矩形波纹管直线段向过渡圆角段方向路径上看,波高呈连续递减趋势,且在过渡圆角段最小;最大壁厚减薄率和等效塑性应变均出现在过渡圆角段中间位置波峰处。过渡圆角半径、成形内压力、模片间距对波高和周向壁厚减薄率影响较大,且呈正比关系。在相同壁厚减薄率下,模片间距对波高的影响大于成形内压力。To explore the deformation characteristics of the rectangular bellows hydroforming,the three-dimensional finite element model of the rectangular bellows hydroforming was established based on ABAQUS/Explicit finite element platform.The deformation characteristics of the straight line segment and transition fillet segment of rectangular bellows during hydroforming process were revealed by finite element simulation.The effect of main process parameters on forming quality was obtained.The results show that the wave height of the rectangular bellows decreases continuously along the straight line segment to transition fillet segment,and the wave height is the smallest in the transition fillet segment.Both the maximum wall thickness thinning rate and equivalent plastic strain appear at the wave peak in the middle position of the transition fillet segment.The effect of transition fillet radius,inner forming pressure and die distance on wave height and circumferential wall thickness thinning rate is significant and positively correlated.With the same wall thickness thinning rate,the effect of die distance on wave height is greater than that of inner forming pressure.
