摘 要:提出了基于螺纹芯轴挤压内螺纹管的方法以制备铝合金内螺纹管,研究了挤压温度(420~480℃)对铝合金内螺纹管齿部成形质量和组织演变的影响。结果表明,在100 mm·min^(-1)恒定的挤压速度下,随着挤压温度的升高,齿槽角α的平均值先减小后略有增加然后再减小,齿槽角β的平均值先减小后增大,α和β的最小值分别为480℃时的53°和460℃时的129.25°,最大值分别为420℃时的122.25°和137°。通过对显微组织的分析,内螺纹管齿部主要由齿尖处的大块等轴晶以及齿侧处的带状晶组成。随着挤压温度的逐渐升高,内螺纹齿部晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,最小值为420℃时的9.84μm、最大值为480℃时的16.30μm。同时,齿部剪切织构先增强后减弱,变形织构消失,再结晶织构增强。综合考虑螺纹齿部成形质量和齿部组织演变规律,认为420℃为最适宜的挤压温度。A method of extruding internal thread pipe based on threaded mandrel to prepare aluminum alloy internal thread pipe was proposed and the influence of extrusion temperature(420-480℃)on the forming quality and the microstructure evolution of the teeth of aluminum alloy internal thread pipe was studied.The results show that at a constant extrusion speed of 100 mm·min^(-1),with the increase of extrusion temperature,the average value of the tooth groove angleαdecreases first,and then slightly increases and decreases finally,the average value of tooth groove angleβdecreases first and then increases.The minimum value ofαandβis 122.25°at 480℃and 129.25°at 460℃,respectively,and the maximum value ofαandβis 122.25°and 137°at 420℃,respectively.Through the analysis of microstructure,the teeth of the internal thread is mainly composed of large equiaxed crystals at the tip of teeth and ribbon crystals at the side of teeth.With the gradual increase of extrusion temperature,the grain size of the teeth of internal thread gradually increases,the minimum value is 9.84μm at 420℃,and the maximum value is 16.30μm at 480℃.At the same time,the shear texture of the teeth is first strengthened and then weakened,the deformed texture disappears,and the recrystallized texture is strengthened.Considering the evolutionlaw of the forming quality and microstructure for thread teeth comprehensively,it is considered that 420℃is the optimal extrusion temperature.
