摘 要:针对某双机架平整机组在湿平整软料轧制过程中出现的实际伸长率比设定值偏高的问题,充分考虑双机架平整机组的设备与湿平整软料轧制的工艺特点,在大量的现场试验跟踪与理论研究的基础上,分析了湿平整轧制过程中工艺润滑制度对伸长率的影响机理,并建立了伸长率与润滑液浓度、温度和流量的数学关系模型。在此基础上,以成品带钢伸长率的实际值与目标伸长率差距最小为目标,在保证润滑、防锈功能和轧制稳定的前提下,建立了一套适合于高温软料双机架平整机组在湿平整轧制过程以伸长率控制为目标的工艺润滑制度优化模型,开发出了相应的工艺润滑制度综合优化技术,并将其应用到生产实践。结果表明,该技术取得了良好的使用效果,现场伸长率比设定值偏高的问题得到解决,产品伸长率的合格率被控制在99.5%以上。In view of the problem that the actual elongation is higher than the set value of a double stand temper unit in the wet temper soft material rolling process,fully considering the equipment of the double stand temper unit and the process characteristics of wet temper soft material rolling,based on a large number of field test tracking and theoretical researches,the influence mechanism of the process lubrication system on the elongation in the wet temper rolling process was analyzed,and the mathematical relationship model between elongation and lubricant concentration,temperature and flow was established.On this basis,with the objective of minimizing the gap between the actual value of the finished strip elongation and the target elongation,and on the premise of ensuring the lubrication,rust prevention function and rolling stability,a set of process lubrication system optimization model suitable for soft material double stand temper unit at high temperature with the objective of elongation control in the wet temper rolling process was established,and the corresponding comprehensive optimization technology of process lubrication system was developed and it was applied to production practice.The results show that the technology achieves good application effect and the problem that the field elongation higher than the set value is solved.The qualified rate of product elongation is controlled above 99.5%.
