摘  要:以国内某厂旋压-辊压联合成形DN10金属波纹管为研究对象,基于MSC.MARC商业有限元软件建立了波纹管联合成形过程非线性有限元模型,模拟分析了薄壁波纹管的波形演变过程、内外变化规律和壁厚精度影响机制。结果表明,波峰外径主要受辊压道次影响,波谷内径演变与各成形道次都相关。辊压过程中通过微压下量可确保模具对波谷的张紧限制作用,从而有效提高波形成形效果。在旋压成形时,在径向和周向双重压应力作用下,波谷壁厚出现增加。为满足壁厚均匀化调控需求,根据成形工艺特点及体积不变原理,给出了波纹管壁厚预测公式。Taking the spinning-rolling combined formed DN10 metal bellow of a domestic factory as the research object,the nonlinear finite element model of bellows combined forming process was established based on MSC.MARC commercial finite element software,and the waveform evolution process,inner and outer diameter variation law and influence mechanism of wall thickness accuracy of thin-walled bellows were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the peak outer diameter is mainly affected by the rolling pass,and the evolution of wave trough inner diameter is related to each forming pass.By applying a small amount of reduction during the rolling process,the tensioning effect of the mold on the wave trough can be ensured,thus the forming of waveform forming effect can be effectively improved.Under the dual action of radial and circumferential compressive stresses,the wall thickness of wave trough increases during the spinning process.In order to meet the requirements of uniform wall thickness control,according to characteristics of forming process and the principle of volume invariance,the formula for predicting the wall thickness of bellows is given.
