摘 要:基于ABAQUS子程序UMAT建立了Ti6554钛合金脉冲电流辅助拉伸过程的电-热-力三场耦合有限元模型,分析了脉冲电流密度、占空比和频率对流动应力和温度变化的影响规律,将模拟结果与电辅助拉伸试验结果进行了对比,解耦了电塑性效应中的焦耳热效应和非热效应,分析了其对应力降的贡献,并提出一种量化非热效应贡献的经验表达式。结果表明:随着脉冲频率的降低,应力降和温升降低;随着占空比的增大,不同频率间应力降和温升的差距逐渐减小;脉冲频率为1和10 Hz时,随着占空比的增大,应力降和温升增大,而脉冲频率为0.1 Hz时,实际温升和应力降不随占空比的增大而改变。通过解耦非热效应,发现电流密度越大,非热效应的贡献越小;真应变越大,非热效应的贡献越大。Based on the ABAQUS subroutine UMAT,an electro-thermal-mechanical three-field coupling finite element model of pulsed electrically-assisted tension process of Ti6554 titanium alloy was established,and the influence laws of pulse current density,duty cycle and frequency on the flow stress and temperature change were analyzed.The simulation results were compared with the test results of electrically-assisted tension,and the Joule thermal effect and athermal effect in the electroplastic effect were decoupled,their contributions to stress drop were analyzed,and an empirical expression for quantify the contribution of athermal effect was proposed.The results show that with the decrease the pulse frequency,the stress drop and temperature rise decrease,and with the increase of duty cycle,the gap of the stress drop and temperature rise with different frequencies decreases;the stress drop and temperature rise increase with the increase of duty cycle when the pulse frequency is 1 and 10 Hz,while the actual temperature rise and stress drop do not change with the increase of duty cycle when the pulse frequency is 0.1 Hz.By decoupling the athermal effect,it is found that the larger the current density,the smaller the contribution of the athermal effect;the larger the true strain,the larger the contribution of the athermal effect.
