摘 要:目的 通过对山东省潍坊市居民食用盐和尿样进行碘含量监测,了解居民体内碘营养状况。方法 收集2016-2020年山东省潍坊市12县市区的居民食用盐碘含量以及8~10岁学生和孕妇的尿碘含量监测资料,对合格碘盐覆盖率、尿碘中位数等指标统计分析。结果 2016-2020年山东省潍坊市12县市区共检测居民食用盐18 000份、8~10岁学生尿样9 600份、孕妇尿样4 800份。各年度合格碘盐覆盖率分别为93.25%(3 357/3 600)、87.92%(3 165/3 600)、89.17%(3 210/3 600)、87.44%(3 148/3 600)、87.03%(3 133/3 600),呈逐年下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各年度学生尿碘中位数分别为188.00、186.00、180.00、195.85、201.10 μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各年度孕妇尿碘中位数分别为187.00、152.00、161.00、166.05、172.80 μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 山东省潍坊市居民碘盐合格率较高,8~10岁学生体内碘营养充足,但孕妇尿碘存在不足的风险。Objective To realize the iodine nutrition status of Weifang residents by monitoring the iodine content of edible salt and urine samples. Methods The data of iodine content in edible salt and urine were collected to calculate the indicators including the coverage rate of qualified iodized salt and the median of urinary iodine.Students aged 8-10 and pregnant women in 12 counties of Weifang were recruited for the study from 2016 to 2020. Results A total of 18 000 samples of edible salt were collected, in the meantime 4 800 urine samples were collected from pregnant women and 9 600 from students.The coverage rate of qualified iodized salt over the years were as follows: 93.25%(3 357/3 600),87.92%(3 165/3 600),89.17%(3 210/3 600),87.44%(3148/3600),87.03%(3 133/3 600),the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),which showed a decreasing trend year by year.The median values of urinary iodine of students over the years were as follows: 188.00 μg/L,186.00 μg/L,180.00 μg/L,195.85 μg/L and 201.10 μg/L,the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The median values of urinary iodine of regnant women over the years were as follows: 187.00 μg/L,152.00 μg/L,161.00 μg/L,166.05 μg/L and 172.80 μg/L.There were significant differences in the median of urine iodine of pregnant women in every year(P<0.01). Conclusion The qualified rate of iodized salt for residents in Weifang city of Shandong province is high.The iodine nutrition of students aged 8-10 years old is adequate in the body, but there is the risk of insufficient urine iodine for pregnant women.
