摘　　要：目的 分析2013-2020年天津市滨海新区HIV自愿咨询检测(VCT)者的感染情况,为艾滋病的防治提供依据。方法 收集2013-2020年天津市滨海新区疾控中心性艾门诊VCT样本的基本信息和HIV梅毒丙肝检测结果,进行统计分析。结果 1 218名VCT男女就诊比为5.7∶1,男女就诊者均集中于20~39岁。不同年份,男性就诊者所占比例不同(P<0.01)。HIV阳性率为8.54%,男性阳性率为9.35%,女性阳性率3.87%。VCT HIV阳性者在各年龄段的分布也不同(P<0.01),阳性VCT者主要集中在20~29岁与30~39岁。HIV确证阳性条带全带型为65.38%,条带gp160与gp120为100.00%显现。梅毒阳性率为3.45%,丙肝阳性率为1.64%,HIV梅毒抗体双阳为1.72%,HIV丙肝双阳的比例为1.64%。结论 2013-2020年天津市滨海新区VCT就诊者主要为20~39岁男性,HIV阳性率高,确证条带主要为全带型,HIV合并梅毒丙肝病毒感染比例较高。Objective To analyze the infection status of HIV voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) patients in Binhai new area of Tianjin city during 2013-2020,so as to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of HIV. Methods The basic information of clinical outpatient VCT samples and the results of HIV-syphilis-HCV test in Binhai new area of Tianjin city during 2013-2020 were collected and statistical analylzed. Results Among 1 218 VCT patients, the male-female treatment ratio was 5.7∶1,and the male and female patients were mainly aged 20-39.The proportion of male patients was different in different years(P<0.01).The positive rate of HIV in VCT patients was 8.54%,9.35% in males and 3.87% in females.The distribution of HIV-positive VCT patients in different age groups was also different(P<0.01).The positive VCT cases were mainly in the 20-29 years old and 30-39 years old.The rate of showing entire banding patterns was 65.38%,and 100.00% showed bands of GPP160 and gp120.The positive rate of syphilis was 3.45%,and the rate of both HIV and syphilis was 1.72%.The HCV-positive rate was 1.6%,and the proportion of people infected with both HIV and HCV was 1.64%. Conclusion From 2013 to 2020,VCT patients in Binhai new area of Tianjin city were mainly men aged 20-39,with a high HIV positive rate.The rate of showing entire banding patterns was the highest in the positive results.HIV combined with syphilis HCV infection rate was high.
