摘　　要：职业指导的目的在于协助儿童根据兴趣、特点、潜力、职业需求及社会需求选择职业、预备职业、适应职业。俄罗斯公共图书馆凭借信息、空间、人力资源优势在儿童职业指导的理论和实践方面获得长足发展。通过从定位、目标、内容、路径、评价体系等方面系统梳理俄罗斯公共图书馆开展职业指导的模式,并归纳其具体实践特点,为我国公共图书馆开展儿童职业指导提供一定的借鉴。The purpose of vocational guidance is to help children choose, prepare and adapt to vocations according to their interests,characteristics, potential, vocational needs and social needs. Russian public libraries have made great progress in the theory and practice of vocational guidance for children by virtue of their advantages in information, space and human resources. By systematically sorting out the vocational guidance model of Russian public libraries in terms of orientation, goal, content, path, evaluation system, etc., and summarizing its specifc practical characteristics, it provides a reference for Chinese public libraries to develop vocational guidance for children.
