摘  要:对100支Conex支片的断裂失效进行分析,从Conex及混纺材料的纤维特性与含浸胶吸附等方面进行说明,结合支片基材的拉伸性能、Klippel SPM测试及功率实验进行综合分析。结果表明:60支/80支混纺材料具有较低的断裂伸长率,结合SPM对力挠度-位移以及刚性-位移的分析,在支片最大位移时,混纺材料的抑制效果比Conex更好。80支Conex混纺支片对应的扬声器与100支Conex支片的F_(0)、K_(ms)等性能相近,功率实验前后的F_(0)变化率可控在20%以内,选用80支混纺材料可以改善支片的断裂问题。The fracture failure of 100 Conex spider was analyzed.The fiber properties and resin absorption of Conex and blended materials were studied.Combined with the tensile properties of the base material,Klippel SPM test and power test,the comprehensive analysis was carried out.The results showed that the 60/80 blended material had lower elongation at break,and the displacement inhibition effect of the blended material was better than that of Conex according to the SPM analysis.The F_(0) and K_(ms) performance of the 80 Conex blended spider speaker was similar to that of 100 Conex spider speaker.The change rate of F_(0) before and after the power test could be controlled within 20%.The fracture of the spider could be improved by using 80 blended materials.
