摘  要:随着水声工业的发展,升降机构以及伸缩结构等会放置于水中试验站的甲板表面以辅助其他设备完成水面或水下作业,如何保障这几类机构在运行时的安全性及可靠性就十分重要。在此基础上,借用三维软件和仿真软件设计一个小型机械停止开关作为机构的急停保护,具有响应快、尺寸小和强度高等特点,同时安装拆卸方便,兼具适应海水腐蚀、盐雾等复杂海洋环境。经过优化改进以及实际工程验证,小型机械停止开关完全可以实现机构的停止功能,且结构安全可靠,为其他同类型的停止开关设计提供了理论依据及实践参考。With the development of underwater acoustic industry,lifting mechanism and telescopic structure are placed on the deck surface of underwater test station to assist other equipment to complete surface or underwater operations.How to ensure the safety and reliability of these kinds of mechanisms in operation is very important.On this basis,using 3D software and simulation software,a small mechanical stop switch is designed as an emergency stop protection mechanism.It has the characteristics of quick response,small size,high strength,convenient installation and disassembly,and adapts to complex marine environment such as seawater corrosion and soft fog.After optimization and environment and actual engineering verification,small mechanical stop switch can fully realize the stopping function of the mechanism,and the structure is safe and reliable,which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the design of other similar stop switch.
