摘 要:利用IGG生成的烟气在氧含量低于5%(惰性烟气)惰化后对船舶压载水处理时对压载舱的腐蚀影响。通过标准样块的全浸腐蚀试验,在模拟船舶压载舱腐蚀环境中,根据惰性烟气灭活微生物最适合条件,分析船用低碳钢Q235钢在DO=0.5 mg/L、pH=6、模拟海水、DO=0.5 mg/L且pH=6等不同模拟压载水工况中浸泡792 h后的腐蚀规律。在惰性烟气N_(2)与CO_(2)处理后的DO=0.5 mg/L且pH=6的压载水中,相对于浸泡于模拟海水中的标准试验样块,试验样块的腐蚀速率降低了69.02%,试验样块的表面腐蚀现象不很明显,只出现少许黑色点蚀;试验样块的开路电位较正,耐腐蚀性较好;试验地极化曲线明显右移,腐蚀倾向性明显降低。研究表明:在惰性烟气处理压载水中微生物最佳工艺条件下,即DO=0.5 mg/L且pH=6,惰性烟气处理后的压载水有降低压载舱腐蚀的效果。Corrosion effect of the flue gas generated by IGG on the ballast tank during the treatment of ship ballast water after inerting with an oxygen content below 5%(inert flue gas).Through the full immersion corrosion test of the standard sample block,in the simulated corrosion environment of the ship's ballast tank,according to the most suitable conditions for the inactivation of microorganisms by the inert flue gas,the analysis of the marine low carbon steel Q235 steel in DO=0.5 mg/L,pH=6,corrosion law after immersion for 792 h in different simulated ballast water conditions such as simulated seawater,DO=0.5 mg/L and pH=6.In the ballast water with DO=0.5 mg/L and pH=6 treated with inert flue gas N_(2) and CO_(2),the corrosion rate of the test block is reduced by 69.02%compared with the standard test block immersed in simulated seawater.The surface corrosion of the sample block is not obvious,only a little black pitting appears;the open circuit potential of the test sample block is relatively positive,and the corrosion resistance is better.The polarization curve of the test site is obviously shifted to the right,and the corrosion tendency is obviously reduced.The research shows that under the optimal process conditions of microorganisms in inert flue gas treatment of ballast water,that is,DO=0.5 mg/L and pH=6,the ballast water treated with inert flue gas can reduce the corrosion of ballast tank.
