摘 要:为探究径向-轴向混合磁轴承偏置磁场耦合效应,分析典型径向-轴向混合磁轴承的基本结构和承载力模型,然后基于Simscape参数化建模优势,建立了其Simscape物理模型;通过对比仿真结果与理论值验证了模型的准确性,最后通过修改径向和轴向偏移量,分析了各气隙位置偏置磁通密度的变化规律。结果表明:随着径向偏移量增加,与之垂直的径向方向偏置磁通密度显著减小,轴向偏置磁通密度略有增大,径向相互耦合作用较强;随着轴向偏移量增加,径向两个方向偏置磁通密度均略有增加;可为径向-轴向混合磁轴承的结构优化及转子振动控制提供参考。In order to explore the coupling effect of the bias magnetic field of the radial-axial hybrid magnetic bearing(HMB).The basic structure and bearing capacity model of the typical radial-axial HMB are analyzed.Then,the Simscape physical model of HMB is established based on the Simscape parametric modeling advantages.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the theoretical values.Finally,the variation law of the bias magnetic flux density at each air gap position is analyzed by modifying the radial and axial offsets.The results show that with the increase of radial offset,the bias magnetic flux density in the radial direction perpendicular to it decreases significantly,and the axial bias magnetic flux density increases slightly,and the radial mutual coupling effect is stronger.With the increase of axial offset,the bias magnetic flux density in both radial directions increases slightly.The foundlings provide a useful reference for the structural optimization and the control of rotor vibration of the radial-axial HMB.
