摘  要:文章介绍了3种类型的船舶油烟净化设备,各类型的主要组成和各部件的功能以及工作原理。利用对比法和归纳法对3种类型的油烟净化设备分析和研究,工作原理上的差异;以船舶BD6000型油烟净化器为例,介绍了其主要组成和各部件的功能;在实际使用中,针对油烟无法净化问题,利用理论和经验相结合进行分析和研究,得出是由电极顶针与电场接触不良引起的故障,调整电极顶针位置后恢复正常。同时,提出了该类型油烟净化器的日常维护保养,研究了船舶油烟净化设备的重要意义。Three types of marine fume purification equipment are introduced.The main components of each type and the function of each component and working principle of each type.Analysis and Research on three types of fume purification equipment by comparison and induction,and the difference in the working principle of the three types is drawn.Take the ship BD6000 oil fume purifier as an example,its main components and functions of each component are introduced.In practical use,aiming at the problem that oil fume cannot be purified.The analysis and research are based on the combination of theory and experience.It is concluded that the fault is caused by the poor contact between the electrode thimble and the electric field,return to normal after adjusting the position of the electrode thimble.The daily maintenance of this type of oil fume purifier is proposed,and the important significance of research on ship oil fume purification equipment。
