穴位埋线对卒中后膝关节过伸功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线对卒中后膝关节过伸患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取62例卒中后膝关节过伸患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组31例;治疗期间对照组脱落1例,最终对照组30例,治疗组31例。对照组予常规康复治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予穴位埋线。观察两组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、功能性步行量表(FAC)分级及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分的变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后FMA评分、FAC分级及VAS评分均较治疗前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后FMA评分和FAC分级均优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗15 d和治疗后VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为83.9%,高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复治疗基础上,穴位埋线可显著改善卒中后膝关节过伸,促进膝关节功能恢复,提高膝关节运动能力。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint thread embedding on the recovery of knee joint function in post-stroke patients with knee hyperextension.Method Sixty-two patients with post-stroke knee hyperextension were recruited and divided into a control group and a treatment group using the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Due to one dropout case in the control group during the intervention,there were finally 30 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the treatment group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation,and the treatment group received additional acupoint thread embedding.Before and after the treatment,the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,functional ambulation classification(FAC),and visual analog scale(VAS)score were observed.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,the FMA score,FAC,and VAS score improved in both groups,presenting statistical significance(P<0.05).The FMA score and FAC in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.01);the treatment group was better than the control group in comparing the VAS score on treatment day 15 and after the treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 83.9%in the treatment group,higher than 60.0%in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional rehabilitation,acupoint thread embedding can notably improve post-stroke knee hyperextension,boost the recovery of knee function,and foster knee joint motion.
