摘　　要：当前,视频会议已成为集团企业管理的常态工作方式,各行各业对视频会议的需求呈现出爆发式增长趋势,对视频会议的质量、接入便利性、系统可用性等方面提出了更高的要求。对此,根据新技术的应用及管理新需求,结合视频会议应用现状,本文设计了云视频会议的架构,从会议管理能力、云上云下联动能力、异构网络协同能力、系统可靠性等4方面提出会议功能的实现路径,同时从制度规范、技术保障、组织协同等方面入手,探索出保障视频会议高效应用的基本方法。Video conferencing has become a normal working mode of group enterprise management,the demand for video conferencing in all walks of life shows an explosive growth trend,which puts forward higher requirements for video conferencing quality,access convenience,system availability and other aspects.According to the new requirements,new technology application and management of video conference application status of the unit to make the design architecture,cloud video conference from the conference management work,under the cloud cloud linkage and heterogeneous network coordination ability,system reliability and so on four aspects proposed meeting function realization,at the same time from the system specification,technical support,organization,coordination and so on aspects,explore the basic methods to ensure efficient application of video conferencing.
