摘　　要：简要介绍了开设远程网络课程的必要性和视频点播技术的核心原理,根据目前网络环境的特点和已有的多媒体技术,结合教育体系的需求进行了基于视频点播技术的远程网络课程平台设计研究。该平台中储存了海量且全面的可用于自主学习的学习视频资料,学生们可以突破时间与空间的限制不断进行学习,以达到有效提升自我的目的。This paper briefly introduces the necessity of setting up distance network courses and the core principle of Video-on-Demand technology.According to the characteristics of the current network environment and the existing multimedia technology,combined with the needs of the education system,the design and research of the distance network course platform based on videoon-demand technology is carried out.The platform stores a large number of comprehensive learning video materials that can be used for independent learning.Students can break through the limitations of time and space and continue to learn to achieve the purpose of effectively improving themselves.
