摘　　要：从机房的实际情况出发,针对哈里斯公司的DX-600发射机进行自动化改造。在不改变原发射机的结构的情况下,充分利用发射机自身的可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)系统和自身采集的发射机数据,并适当增加一些传感器以进行一些附属设施的数据采集,还利用一台工控机对发射机的PLC系统进行自动化控制,从而实现“有人留守、无人值班”的设计目标。This paper mainly starts from the actual situation of the computer room,aiming at the automation transformation of Harris’DX-600 transmitter.The system is designed to make full use of the transmitter’s own Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)system and the transmitter data collected by itself without changing the structure of the original transmitter,and appropriately add some sensors to collect data from some ancillary facilities.The industrial computer automatically controls the PLC system of the transmitter,so as to achieve the goal of being left behind and unattended.
