摘　　要：广播总控机房的数字化改造,不仅关系着广播总控机房的正常运行,同时也是总控机房数字化发展的必经之路。为了提高广播总控机房的数字化水平,本文重点研究广播总控机房的数字化改造相关事宜。首先介绍广播总控机房数字化改造的基本原则,其次整理数字化改造的关键点与注意事项,最后从多方面制定数字化改造的科学策略。The digital transformation of the broadcast master control room is not only related to the normal operation of the broadcast master control room,but also the only way for the digital development of the master control room.In order to improve the digital level of the broadcast master control room,this paper focuses on the digital transformation of the broadcast master control room.Firstly,it introduces the basic principles of the digital transformation of the broadcast master control room,secondly sorts out the key points and precautions of the digital transformation,and finally formulates the scientific strategy of the digital transformation from many aspects.
