摘　　要：孙远征教授运用针刺治疗周围性面瘫后遗症经验独到,提出以同病异治法治疗,讲求取穴同中有异,头针针刺以“颜面运动代表区”为主穴,施以手法加强疗效,局部依据后遗症发病机制不同,选取不同针刺方法,远端依据“经脉所过,主治所及”理论循经感传,取得良好治疗效果。笔者通过临床跟师学习、整理精选医案、总结心得体会等分析孙远征教授针刺治疗周围性面瘫后遗症的主要思想,并列举临床验案加以佐证。Professor SUN Yuanzheng uses acupuncture to treat sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis with his unique experience,and he puts forward different treatments for the same disease,emphasizing that different acupoints will be chosen on the basis of the common acupoints.scalp acupuncture takes‘facial movement representative area’as the main acupoints.Manipulation is used to strengthen the curative effect.Different manipulations on local points will be applied according to different pathogenesis.Distal points are selected according to the theory of‘meridian passes,treatment achieved’and have obtained good therapeutic effect.Through clinical study with professor SUN,sorting out selected medical records and summarizing his experience,the author analyzes professor SUN Yuanzheng's main ideas of acupuncture treatment for sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis,and enumerates clinical cases to prove it.
