摘  要:为明确芦笋两性株染色体的细胞学特征,本试验以两性株根尖和花粉母细胞为试材进行了研究。结果表明,两性株根尖染色体核型公式为2 n=2 x=8 m+12 sm(2 SAT),染色体的长度比为2.67,核型属于2 B型。两性株花粉母细胞减数分裂结果显示,中期Ⅰ同源染色体配对二价体的比例为97.65%,四价体的比例为2.35%,分裂过程中出现了配对不完全的二价体和染色体粘连的现象。在由中期Ⅰ向后期Ⅰ转变的过程中,发现了落后染色体和染色体桥。In order to clarify the cytological characteristics of the chromosome in the andromonoecious plants,the root tip and pollen mother cells as test materials were studied.The results showed that the karyotype formula was 2 n=2 x=8 m+12 sm(2 SAT),the length ratio of chromosome was 2.67,and its karyotype belonged to the type of 2 B.The meiosis of pollen mother cells of andromonoecious plants showed that the proportion of bivalents in metaphase I was 97.65%,and that of tetravalents was 2.35%.Chromosome sticking and incomplete pairing bivalents occurred during meiosis.Lagging chromosomes and chromatin bridges were observed during the transition from metaphase I to anaphase I.
