摘 要:本试验对引进的84份国内外油用亚麻种质资源的11个主要性状在大庆盐碱地条件下进行了测试鉴定。结果表明,11个主要性状的变异系数中分茎数、单株粒重和单株蒴果数的变异系数达到50%以上,分别为134.9%、65.4%和57.2%;蒴果大小和含油率的变异系数小于10%,分别为6.5%和4.1%。采用相关性矩阵进行主成分分析,提取4个主成分,并依据4个主成分算得每份资源的主成分综合得分。在欧氏距离D=12.5水平下,将84份油用亚麻资源分为五大类群,各类群主成分综合得分的平均值依次为-0.676、-0.317、0.909、0.975、3.468。In this experiment,11 main characters of 84 imported oil flax germplasm resources at home and abroad were tested and identified under the condition of Daqing saline-alkali soil.The results showed that the coefficient of variation values of stem number(134.9%),kernel weight per plant(65.4%)and capsule number per plant(57.2%)were more than 50%.The coefficient of variation of capsule size(6.5%)and oil content(4.1%)were less than 10%.The correlation matrix was used for principal component analysis and 4 principal components were extracted,according to which the principal component comprehensive score of each resource was calculated.The 84 imported flax resources were classified into 5 groups with Euclideam distance at the level of D=12.5.The mean values of principal component scores of all groups were were arranged in order from small to big:-0.676,-0.317,0.909,0.975,3.468.
