摘　　要：随着经济环境发展和高校毕业生就业人数的增加,高校毕业生呈现就业难、就业不理想、达不到预期效果等问题。创新创业教育与专业教育融合是解决毕业生就业困难、提升毕业生就业质量的有效途径。该文从创新创业教育与专业教育融合的内涵出发、深入详细分析其现状及存在的问题短板。同时,以某高校农业与水利工程学院专创教育融合实践为例,探索其对大学生就业能力的影响。With the development of economic environment and the increase of the employment of college graduates,college graduates have been facing some problems,such as difficult employment,unsatisfactory employment and failure to achieve the expected results.The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education is an effective way to solve the employment difficulties of graduates and improve the employment quality of graduates.Based on the connotation of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,this paper analyzes its current situation and existing problems in detail.At the same time,the integration of specialized and creative education in the college of agriculture and hydraulic engineering of a university has been taken as an example to explore its impact on the employability of college students.
