一流专业背景下运动康复专业建设的几点思考--以玉林师范学院为例

摘　　要：一流专业建设是加快推进高水平本科教育的关键性举措,也是推动各高校高速发展的重要手段。该文以玉林师范学院运动康复专业为例,在梳理一流专业建设的相关要求与内涵之后,分析了学校在专业建设方面的情况,发现在专业建设过程中,存在投入与人才不足、教学手段陈旧、行业准入有潜在风险等一系列问题,并提出了争取多方政策与资金支持,加大师资引进力度,加强与兄弟院校办学合作等一系列对策与思考,可为其他院校同类专业建设提供参考。The construction of first-class specialty is not only a key measure to accelerate the promotion of high-level undergraduate education,but also an important means to promote the rapid development of colleges and universities.Taking the Sports Rehabilitation major of Yulin Normal University as an example,after combing the relevant requirements and connotation of first-class specialty construction,this paper analyzes all aspects of specialty construction in Yulin Normal University,and finds that there are a series of problems in the process of specialty construction,such as insufficient investment and talents,outdated teaching methods,potential risks in industry access and so on.It also puts forward a series of countermeasures and thoughts,such as striving for multi party policy and financial support,strengthening the introduction of teachers and strengthening the school running cooperation with other colleges,which can provide reference for the construction of similar majors in other colleges and universities.
