摘 要:目的:研究复合运动营养调控干预对促进青少年田径运动员运动疲劳恢复的效果。方法:选取广州市田径队男子短跑运动员为研究对象,采用配对设计,将11名运动员分为试验组(5人)和对照组(6人),试验组于运动训练前、中、后分别补充蛋白质类、促睾酮类、补充能量和电解质类运动营养品,连续8周;对照组为单纯体能训练组,与试验组训练方案相同。试验结束后,测定两组身体形态指标(身体成分分析、体脂率等)、运动素质指标(纵跳、60m跑、1RM深蹲等)、生理机能指标(安静心率、最大心率、血乳酸等)、血液生化指标(血常规、CK、BUN、T、C及T/C值)、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量,分析比较各组的差异显著性,结果:(1)身体成分分析:与对照组相比,试验组体重、骨骼肌有一定增加,身高、腰围、臀围、大腿围、体脂率无明显变化。(2)运动素质指标:试验组运动员的纵跳值、静蹲跳值、1RM深蹲值均有一定提高,60m跑成绩提高0.2s。MP、PP、AP、TAMS升高3.70%~17.57%;MS降低1.59%;静息血乳酸值、即刻血乳酸值、5min血乳酸值、10min血乳酸值无明显变化。(3)血液生化指标:与对照组相比,试验组血睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)水平显著上升、T/C值明显降低(P<0.05),有调节体内睾酮及内分泌水平作用;血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平显著降低(P<0.01),有消除运动性疲劳作用;免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量显著上升(P<0.05),有增强免疫功能作用。结论:复合营养调控干预对青少年田径运动员具有显著的提高持续运动能力和促进运动疲劳恢复的作用。Objective: To study the effect of compound sports nutrition regulation intervention on the recovery of sports fatigue of adolescent track and field athletes. Methods: Male athletes of Guangzhou track and field team were selected as the research object. Using a paired design, 11 athletes were divided into an experimental group(5athletes) and a control group(6 athletes). The experimental group used sports nutrients such as protein,testosterone, energy and electrolyte during sports training for 8 weeks. The control group is the simple physical training group, which is same as the training scheme of the experimental group. After the test, the body shape indexes(body composition analysis, body fat rate, etc.), sports quality indexes(vertical jump, 60m run, 1RM squat,etc.), physiological function indexes(quiet heart rate, maximum heart rate, blood lactic acid, etc.), blood biochemical indexes(blood routine, CK, BUN, T, C and T/C values), immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM contents of the two groups were measured, and the significant differences between the groups were analyzed and compared.The specific results are as follows.(1) Body composition analysis: compared with the control group, the weight,lean weight and skeletal muscle of the test group increased to a certain extent, and there was no significant change in height, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference and body fat rate.(2) Sports quality indicators: the vertical jump value, static squat jump value and 1RM squat value of the athletes in the experimental group have been improved to a certain extent, and the 60m race performance has been improved by0.2s. MP, PP, AP and TAMs increased by 3.70%~17.57%;MS decreased by 1.59%;There was no significant change in resting blood lactate value, immediate blood lactate value, 5min blood lactate value and 10min blood lactate value.(3) Blood biochemical indexes: compared with the control group, the levels of blood testosterone(T)and cortisol(C) in the test group increased significantly, and the T/C value decre
