高校高水平运动员田径训练影响因素与对策研究--以沈阳师范大学为例

摘　　要：我国高校每年都为国家田径队培养和输送高水平田径运动员,该文以沈阳师范大学为例,基于实地考察法采集基础数据,并分析了该校田径运动员训练的各种影响因素。调查结果显示:该校的中长跑运动员克莱托指数水平较高,中长跑教练员综合素质良好。由分析可知,运动员生源的综合素养,教练员能力和水平,政府和高校的持续资金投入以及对运动员的管理和评价等都是影响田径运动员训练水平的重要因素。因此,为了提高高水平运动员的训练效果和比赛成绩,高校应严格控制生源素质,吸引高水平运动员报考,强化教练员队伍建设,增加对田径运动项目的资金投入,并加强对运动员和教练员的管理与考核,提升运动员和教练员的综合素养。Every year,colleges and universities in China train and transport high-level track and field athletes for the national track and field team.Taking Shenyang Normal University as an example,this paper collects basic data based on field investigation,and analyzes various factors affecting the training of track and field athletes in Shenyang Normal University.The survey results show that the middle and long distance runners of the school have a high level of Quetelet index,and the comprehensive quality of middle and long distance coaches is also good.According to the analysis,the comprehensive quality of athletes,the ability and level of coaches,the continuous capital investment of the government and colleges and universities,and the management and evaluation of athletes are all important factors affecting the training level of track and field athletes.Therefore,colleges and universities should improve the training effect of high-level athletes,then improve the competition results,strictly control the quality of students,attract high-level athletes to apply for the school,strengthen the construction of coaches,increase the capital investment in track and field sports,and finally strengthen the management and assessment of athletes and coaches to improve the comprehensive quality of athletes and coaches.
