摘　　要：司法行政机关是保障治安和公民合法权利的关键,司法干警的技术水平与能否有效、安全地开展警务活动具有密切的联系,司法干警的专业素养是司法行政工作中的一项重要内容。在警察教育和警察队伍建设的不断深化中,对司法干警进行科学、合理的训练,可以有效地提高工作热情和主动性。提高综合素质,不仅要加强警务技术素质,而且要加强警务实战训练。该文从警察技能与培训方式入手,从警察技能学习的基本目标出发,探讨警察技术技能训练模式在警察培训中的应用。Judicial administrative organs are the key to ensure public security and citizens'legal rights.The technical level of judicial policemen is closely related to whether they can effectively and safely carry out police activities.The professional quality of judicial policemen is an important part of judicial administration.In the continuous deepening of police education and the construction of the police force,the scientific and reasonable training of judicial policemen can effectively improve their work enthusiasm and initiative,improve their comprehensive quality,not only strengthen their police technical quality,but also strengthen their police practical training.Starting from the police skills and training methods,and starting from the basic goal of police skills learning,this paper discusses the application of police technical skills training mode in police training.
