摘　　要：目的:分析封闭注射联合功能性康复训练对赛间踝关节扭伤的康复疗效。方法:采用封闭注射治疗联合功能性康复训练对患者进行96h的康复干预。结果:患者通过封闭注射联合功能性康复训练的干预,踝关节扭伤96h后,根据Kofoed评分标准,疼痛值为40分、功能值为30分、活动度值为19分,总计89分,达到优等水平。结论:通过封闭注射联合功能性康复训练的96h干预,患者急性踝关节扭伤后疼痛感减轻,功能性和关节活动度均有明显改善,并且能够重返训练和比赛。不足:能够参考的相关文献较少,患者样本量较少。Objective:To analyze the rehabilitation effect of closed injection combined with functional rehabilitation training on ankle sprain between competitions.Methods:Closed injection therapy combined with functional rehabilitation training was used to intervene the patients for 96 hours.Results:Through the intervention of closed injection combined with functional rehabilitation training,after 96 hours of ankle sprain,the Kofoed scoring standard,the pain value:40 points,function value:30 points,range of motion value:19 points,a total of 89 points,reaching the excellent level.Conclusion:Through the intervention of 96h closed injection combined with functional rehabilitation training,the pain,function and range of motion of patients with acute ankle sprain have been significantly improved,and the patients can return to training and competition.Insufficient:There are few references and sample size of patients.
