吉林省19~59岁成年人体育健身活动现状的研究

摘　　要：该研究利用2020年吉林省全民健身活动状况调查中19~59周岁成年人的相关数据,对其参与体育健身活动状况进行统计与分析,旨在全面了解和掌握吉林省成年人参加体育健身活动的基本情况及相关影响因素,为政府及相关部门制定成年人体育健身活动相关政策,不断提升吉林省成年人群体质健康水平及生活质量提供科学的参考依据。此次调查采用三阶段分层与人口规模成比例的概率抽样方法,从全省抽取14个区县的182个村(居)委会,采用入户和数据电子化上传的方式开展调查,共获取19~59岁的城乡居民有效样本1850例,男性占52.7%,女性占47.3%;城镇占62.3%,乡村占37.7%。所有数据均采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计分析。In this study,it uses the relevant data of adults aged 19 to 59 in the 2020 National Fitness Activity Survey in Jilin Province to conduct statistics and analysis on their participation in physical fitness activities,so as to comprehensively understand and master the participation of adults in physical fitness in Jilin Province,and formulate relevant policies for adult physical fitness activities for the government and relevant departments,Continuously improve the physical health level and quality of life of adult population in Jilin Province to provide scientific reference.The survey adopts the probability sampling method of three-stage stratification proportional to the population size.182 village(neighborhood)committees in 14 districts and counties are selected from the whole province.A total of 1850 valid samples of urban and rural residents aged 19~59 were obtained,of which 52.7%were men and 47.3%were women;Cities and towns account for 62.3%and villages 37.7%.All data were analyzed by spss 19.0 statistical software.
