摘　　要：任何后备人才的培养都不可能是一蹴而就的,排球后备人才是能够接替上一代排球运动员的群体,需要进行有计划的筛选、提拔和培养,同时后备人才也并不代表高水平,如果选拔的机制不够科学,培养的方式存在问题,排球后备人才的质量必然会受到影响。反之,如果在协同创新的基础上,政府、排球运动研究院以及学校和社会多方形成合力,共享信息资源,共同合作改善现状,采用科学的方法有规划地对排球后备人才进行选拔,建立完善的培养训练机制,匹配一批经验丰富并善于教学的排球教练,培养出高水平排球后备人才的可能性是极高的。Any backup talent cultivation can not be achieved overnight.Volleyball reserve talents are a group that can undertake the previous generation of volleyball players.They need to be screened,promoted and trained in a planned way.At the same time,reserve talents do not represent a high level.If the selection mechanism is not scientific enough,there are problems in the training method,The quality of volleyball reserve talents is bound to be affected.On the contrary,on the basis of collaborative innovation,if the government,volleyball research institutes,schools and society form a joint force to share information resources,work together to improve the current situation,adopt scientific methods to select volleyball reserve talents in a planned way,establish a perfect training mechanism,match a group of experienced volleyball coaches who are good at teaching,and it is highly possible to cultivate a generation of high-level volleyball reserve talents.
